The College has a Career Counseling Cell, presently functioning under the guidance of Dr. Shoket Ali, H.O.D. Urdu. The Career Counseling Cell provides information and counseling regarding subject combinations, admission and on future prospects and various career options for an arts graduate and also various employment schemes.

Tour and Picnics :

Annual educational tour, subject tours, picnics, hiking and trekking expeditions shall be organized from time to time.

Physical Education and Sports :

The College has arrangement for playing cricket, football, hockey, volley ball, kabbadi, hand ball, basket ball and badminton.
After the completion of the admission process, College teams are announced on the basis of the trials and a rigorous selection process. Inter-group tournaments in all the sports are conducted periodically.
The players in their own interest are advised to be punctual and regular in their classes.
Trophies and prizes shall be given to the winning groups. Extraordinary players shall be considered for the awards, to be decided by the College authorities.
Any player, who indulges in any act of indiscipline in the College, shall not be eligible for participation in games or any prize, certificate or College colour. All the games shall be played after 1 PM.

Women Cell:

The college is planning to setup a women cell in the college managed by lady teachers and girl students. Various programmes and activities shall be organized on women empowerment. There is proposal to extend the activities to the adjoining rural areas. At present, special attention is paid to the educational needs of female students and gender sensitization programmes are organized from time to time.

Group Insurance :

All students admitted to the College shall be covered by a group insurance policy of Rs. 100,000/- with a one time premium of Rs.60/- (subject to change), to be paid at the time of admission, along with the relevant form, under personal accident scheme. The cover shall be effective for one session, on acceptance of premium and inclusion of the name of the students in the policy bond. In the event of an unfortunate accident, the insurance company has to be intimated within one week by the parents/ guardians, through the Principal of the College. However, the College authorities in no way shall be responsible for admission/ rejection of the claim by the insurance company. The claim has to be made on the official claim form of the insurance company, mentioning the cause of the accident, FIR and details regarding the medical treatment. Under the policy, death/ loss of two limbs/ two eyes/ one eye and one limb shall entail full payment of the sum insured. Loss of one eye or one limb covers 50% of the sum insured. The details about the personal accident cover can be obtained directly from the insurance company.
